"I am a brand new mom and wanted to work off my midsection baby tire, and to get my pre-pregnancy booty back! BootyCampSB offers multiple times throughout the week and provides flexibility I need for arranging childcare. Stacey is high energy, dynamic, and motivating! And the instructors were able to give individual instruction about proper form and intensity!
BootyCampSB is ideal for me with my post partum body because it focuses on women's trouble spots such as: abs, glutes, thighs. Booty camp lives up to its name with plenty of exercises to work the glutes, and I could definitely feel the burn!

This week I left baby at mother-in-law's and made up Monday's class by dropping in to the Tues afternoon class. The drop in is so convenient, now I don't feel like I got too behind and can still keep up with my fitness goals.
I gained 55 lbs during pregnancy and have lost 45 lbs with the help of BootyCampSB! My parents visited and commented that I was one of the slimmest moms in mom class. My mother in law said to them, "Isn't it fantastic that Christy's already got her figure back!" If my baby was verbal she'd be singing, "Don't you wish your mommy was hot like mine?!" Ok but seriously, I am returning to work next week and am feeling the confidence I need to be back in the spotlight!"

"More about the Bootycamp: we do 2 reps of about 4 circuits, each of which includes legs, abs, arms, and cardio. Amazingly, you don't just do the same thing each week. The instructors are always mixing it up to keep us on our toes. Which reminds me, we often do things where we have to go to one side, left or right, whichever the instructor calls out. Today I totally horked it and went to the wrong side several times. Lucky, at this point I feel very very chil with bootycamp and laughed it off instead of feeling like an idiot. Which is the other thing I really like about the program, It is very friendly and personal.
I have to give mad shouts to BootycampSB. I am having a great time doing the workouts and I hardly ever get the urge to look at my clock to see how much longer I have to go. I am amazingly looking forward to my workouts. Now, I am the kind of person who has always worked out because she felt obligated. It is probably surprising that I did track and swimming in high school because about 5 minutes into any workout I was wondering how much longer I had to do it for. Is it because I am older now? Is it because I haven't exercised in so long my muscles are happy to get some use? Is it because Stacey is super cute so I don't mind class? Who knows. I am totally in my honeymoon phase with the program."
