
Class is canceled. If it rains and you are a punchcard camper or a drop in, you simply come to another class. Usually an email is sent out if we think its raining too hard to have class. If you are not on the email list or new and are unsure simply call 805-284-3688 and you will be called back and informed on the status of class.
If you are an eight week camper hopefully class is canceled only that day and you can come to another available class that week. If you can ONLY make that class on the current schedule a make-up group training session will be created for those campers at a time that works for you. Make-up training session in place of rained out class are free (included in camp price) and may be taught by any one of the bootycamp trainers. Let it Rain!

If you have decided to join and there is an eight week camp already in session you can either wail until the next camp starts or join anytime by buying a punchcard of classes! Why wait? Punchcards come in 6 class and 12 class options. ( Link to punchcards ? ) If you deicde on a punchcard you can buy your punchcards at any of the available classes throughout the week or simply call 805-284-3688 and pick one up at the studio. If decide to sign up for a camp you would call to set up your consultation by calling 805-284-3688 and prepare to pay at the time of your consultation. The consultation is an introduction to camp and to answer any additional questions you may have. You decide which training option per week you would like and set up your fist nutritional consultation. We go over your health history and conduct body fat composition testing. We also take measurements at this time and give you your goal for the end of camp!

We work with time, not specific repetitions, so breaks can be taken and you can push yourself at your own pace! Don't let the word boot camp scare you. It's a combination of all your favorite group fitness classes...Outdoors!

You would just use up your punchcard of classes prior to the next camp, if you wanted to do the following eight week camp. Many people start by doing this in order to start now!

BACK TO TOPWe are circuit training at its best! We cycle through leg, arm, abdominal, and cardio exercises for a complete total body workout within a 1 hour class. We use resistance bands, medicine balls, hurdles, cones, rings, and bosu balls to keep you constantly challenged and shock your body in different ways each and every time!
BACK TO TOPIf you are not happy within that first week I will refund your money. We are that sure you'll love it. If there is a medical situation that arises we will decide what the best option is to protect you and your health and move forward accordingly.
BACK TO TOPYes! You are able to mix and match classes throughout the week. So for example if you come to the Monday 6am class you don't have to come at 6am the rest of the camp you just pick any other classes that week to fulfill your class for that week. Same with the punchcards just come to any of the available classes you wish.
BACK TO TOPJust try and come to other available classes for that week to fulfill the camp option you chose. For example say you chose 3x a week and were out of town Monday thru Wednesday you would try and come Thursday, Friday, and Saturday instead to attend all your classes for the week. They would not carry over to the next week. Rain or weather cancels are the only exception.
