BootyCampSB is an eight-week bootcamp fitness program that takes advantage of the beautiful outdoors with camps at Alameda Park and Girsh Park. BootyCampSB is the ONLY Santa Barbara boot camp taught BY women FOR women.
Stacey Cooper, owner and founder of BootyCampSB, will be working as your head trainer. Stacey's passion to make her expertise, personal training, and coaching accessible and affordable for everyone led her to launch the BootyCampSB training program. Known as the busiest female trainer in Santa Barbara, she has found a way to bring her training to you in a group setting through BootyCampSB. Stacey's unique circuits and many training secrets, along with the camp's nutritional guidance, will ensure you the results you are looking for (and that much sought after booty)! With the help of her assistant trainers, who have studied Stacey's training style and workouts extensively, the BootyCampSB team will ensure the quality of your camp experience.
Necessary modifications will be made at each class to make sure everyone is individually challenged and working at their own level! BootyCampSB will include bodyweight and strength exercises, short distance cardio, various drills & obstacle course work, core and abdominal exercises, resistance band work, and flexibility exercises. Everything to ensure you a heart pounding workout that will leave you wanting more!
