Personal one on one personal training sessions can range from $75.00-$120.00 per session! Our group pricing for small groups starts at $25.00 per class and up depending on number of participants, location, and commitment per week.

Spread the word about wanting to start a fitness group. Post flyers, talk to friends, and send out emails to see if people are interested. You can send them a link to the website or we can send you a flyer to forward. Let your friends know a little about your goals and vice versa.
Decide on times that are good for you and your members each week and how frequently you would like to meet.
Call us! We find the trainer right for you and your group and we come straight to you! We find the location unless already planned by the members. We do backyards, parks, corporate gyms, even large living rooms if need be...we do it all!!
