"Simply put, Stacey is the best. I say that with ease and confidence because I truly believe she can get absolutely anyone in shape and quickly if you follow her personalized workouts and eating program. I really love how she develops them just for you. She is so knowledgeable about the body structure and knows exactly how to get me right into awesome shape prior to my shoots. Not only is she an amazing trainer, but throughout our sessions, I got to know her more and am happy to say she is now a close friend! Without any reservation I would recommend Stacey for anyone looking to train!"

"I love SB Booty Camp! Finding the time to work out with a 2 year old was very hard for me, so I signed up for two classes a week for one hour long. Working out with Heather as my instructor made me use muscles I never even knew I had. Her energy is amazing and she is always encouraging you to do your best. Never say never! We never did the same routine and I never was board with any of the exercises. Some of them were challenging for me, however I was given alternatives to keep my heart rate up. It’s amazing how being pushed to your limit and doing exercises you never thought you could do would make you feel more refreshed and energized at the end of the day. That’s because of a great instructor like Heather. Thank you Heather, you the best!"

"I have taken classes with Elizabeth and, I have to say, no one has ever motivated me more! Her classes are challenging and she is constantly making sure people are doing the exercises correctly and motivating us. She is extremely kind and approachable and not intimidating in any way. If Elizabeth can motivate ME to exercise - and actually enjoy doing it - she is one great trainer!"

Heather found a love for fitness at an early age. It all began at age 4 in the swimming pool. Soon after she joined the local swim team and went on to become a finalist in the CIA finals. Heather also played water polo, basketball, softball and soccer. Every weekend she would go on long rigorous bike rides with her parents. She has always been an active person and wanted to continue her commitment to fitness in college and beyond. Heather joined BootyCampSB as a camper and immediately fell in love with the instructors and enjoyed how much healthier and energized she felt after every class. Her love for BootyCamp and the support from Stacey led her in becoming a BootyCamp Assistant Trainer and a National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM) certified personal trainer. Heather loves helping people achieve a healthy lifestyle and staying active and fit. She is thrilled to be a trainer for BootyCampSB and looks forward to giving you all an awesome workout!
"I don’t know where Stacey found this fireball, but we are soooo
lucky to have Jen as one of our BootyCampSB trainers! Jen is pure heart
and soul… and booty-kicking powers. Not only does Jen push us past
our limits in the class (all while smiling and cheering us on), but then
she takes the time to email us and let us know how proud of us she is. Jen
helps make us feel proud of our accomplishments and motivated to go again.
She is just one more amazing thing about BootyCampSB."
